Added sparrow strainers to elevators

Polished wing, canard and installed VGs
- (3 hours)
Category: Wings
Used Marine polish and paint came out amazing
VGs look way aft but its according to plan
Went with 20 pairs of VGs per side, following Jason Skiby recommendation
